Client Profiles Introduces New Licensing and Pricing for CRM4Legal
Release Date: 12/15/08
Client Profiles announces the availability of a new licensing and pricing model available for CRM4Legal, its client relationship management software application based on the successful Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, installed at more than 17,000 businesses worldwide and used by more than 8,500 legal industry professionals.
Microsoft and Client Profiles have collaborated to deliver a new Microsoft CRM4Legal licensing model built to meet the specific needs of today's law firm. The new model and pricing structure is role-based and accommodates the specific needs of various CRM4Legal users within the firm. This translates to "power" functionality for heavy users of the system, such as those within Marketing and Business Development, and "lite" functionality at a lower cost for users with limited needs such as attorneys.
"One of the challenges that we have experienced in the past involved pricing," said M. W. "Whit" McIsaac, President and CEO of Client Profiles. "After 8 months of collaboration on this issue, Microsoft and Client Profiles have delivered a pricing model that fits the way law firms use the software. A low cost, easy-to-use license for attorneys and light users, and advanced functionality for power users in Marketing and Business Development. Pricing is now our advantage rather than an obstacle and provides the necessary transparency in terms of investment and subsequent ROI that has been missing."
CRM4Legal 4.0, released in May on the heels of Microsoft's Dynamics CRM 4.0 platform - the fastest growing and most widely adopted CRM application of all time - is the customized version of Microsoft CRM that was developed specifically to address the unique requirements of today's law offices. Built to run entirely inside of Microsoft Outlook, CRM4Legal allows law firms to leverage the Outlook desktop as a powerful firm-wide contact management, relationship intelligence and business development tool that reinvents the way law firms are adopting CRM technology.
