The CRM4Legal Solution:
Web and Mobile Access

CRM4Legal is typically accessed using Microsoft Outlook. A web client is also available but the Outlook interface uses the familiar experience of Outlook and provides all the functionality of CRM4Legal. The CRM4Legal Client for Outlook accomplishes daily activities without leaving the environment of Outlook – thereby increasing user adoption.

You can also perform the same client management, business development, and service activities in the CRM4Legal Web client – including working with clients, matters, and marketing activities.

Although there are two interfaces available, they both use web forms to access related records to provide a consistent look and feel regardless of the interface used.  A third interface, for Mobile Access, enables law firms with CRM4Legal to increase the productivity of their mobile users by allowing them to use CRM4Legal instantly, anywhere.

Mobile Access includes numerous technical and product features with patented technology deployed today in many global enterprises. These features can be summarized by the following unique attributes:
